Our developments are known for their perfect corners, laser-straight edges and 100% solid walls. We use a higher grade of concrete and more steel per square meter than any of our competitors and all of our buildings are designed for Seismic Zone 4.
Drinkable water in every kitchen
In our residences with forty apartments or more, we have dedicated Reverse Osmosis Treatment plants. This means that water from your kitchen tap is perfectly drinkable which is convenient, cuts down on plastic waste and saves a family of four over $1,000 dollars per year.

The North Rhine Westphalia region of Germany is renowned for its numerous high-end kitchen manufacturers, so that is where we exclusively source our kitchens. Custom-designed to suit the appliances, soft-closing, and laminated to the highest standard, our kitchens are as visually impressive as they are highly functional.
High ceilings and large windows
Ceiling standards tend to range from 2.3 to 2.5 meters. We go for 2.8 to 3 meters to create that airy luxury feeling of extra space. With massive windows in every bedroom and 3.6 to 4.2 meter sliding glass doors in our living rooms, our apartment homes offer big views out and a lot of light in.

In this day and age, you shouldn't be fumbling around to find an adapter. Our sockets are universal (US, EU, UK, etc.) and we have provisions for two USB plugs by every bedside.
Longest warranties in Ghana
In case you've missed this fun fact so far, we believe in the quality of our product. For that reason we give the longest warranties that Ghana has to offer: 10 years on structure and 5 years on all waterproofing and leakages. We wouldn't offer this if we weren't 100% confident in our end-to-end quality.
